- Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the top 77 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether through different email addresses, device identifiers, or any other means, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Players are responsible for ensuring that their account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in payment processing or account suspension.

- You must notify top 77 immediately upon becoming aware of, or having reasonable grounds to suspect, any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach affecting your login credentials.
- top 77 implements SMS-based two-factor authentication as an additional security layer for logins on new or unrecognized devices. Players are advised to maintain access to their registered Philippine mobile number to ensure uninterrupted access to their accounts.
- Players are advised to use a strong, unique password for their top 77 account that is not shared with any other online service.
- top 77 may temporarily lock an account following multiple failed login attempts as a precautionary security measure. Players may contact support to unlock their account following identity verification.
top 77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. - All funds deposited to a top 77 account must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Withdrawals from a player's top 77 Real Money Wallet may be requested at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the player's own name.
- KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. KYC requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and a selfie with the submitted ID. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request may have their withdrawal placed on hold.
- Processing Times: GCash and InstaPay withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval for standard amounts. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where enhanced verification is required.

The availability, value, and terms of each promotion are subject to change at top 77's discretion and are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer on the platform.
- All bonus offers are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be satisfied in full before winnings derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each promotion is specified in the relevant promotion terms.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per promotion period, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Claiming the same promotion using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
- top 77 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount, together with any winnings derived therefrom, where a player is found to have exploited a system error, engaged in collusion, used prohibited betting strategies, or otherwise abused the bonus system.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, top 77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a player's use of, or inability to use, the platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if top 77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- top 77's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the cause of action arises.
- top 77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect platform availability. top 77 will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.
- top 77 accepts no liability for any loss of winnings, data, or other harm arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Termination of Accounts
top 77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:
- A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- A player's account is found to be associated with fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
- A player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
- A player's account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory investigation, or law enforcement request.
- top 77 is required to close the account under applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the top 77 support team. Voluntarily closed accounts with a positive Real Money balance will have funds returned to the player's verified withdrawal method after any applicable verification requirements have been satisfied, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including without limitation the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, unless the parties mutually agree in writing to submit the matter to an alternative dispute resolution process.
